Debra Cogar

Debra Lynn (Green) Cogar, 64, of Cowen passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at her home.

Born January 31, 1956 in Buckhannon, she was the daughter of the late Leslie James and Freda Marie (Morris) Green.

Debra was a homemaker, but worked some with in-home healthcare. She enjoyed puzzles, reading, coloring and painting.  She was a very crafty person and had a love for animals, particularly cats.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, William Green and his wife, Christy of Summersville; her granddaughter, Skylar Green; and a host of other friends and relatives to mourn her passing.

Services to celebrate Debra’s life will be 1:30 P.M., Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen. Friends may join the family for visitation one hour prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
