Emogene Crites

Emogene Lou Crites, 67 of Erbacon, WV, died in her home on Saturday,
Jan. 19, 2013.  She was born July 8, 1945, daughter of the late Daniel and Lola Marie Tharp Holcomb.  She lived most of her life in Webster County,was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was a teacher's aide at Glade Elementary, an EMT, homemaker, night
watchman for mines, a former 4-H leader, worship and song leader and a prayer
warrior.  She attended Trinity Covenant Church in Erbacon.

She is survived by her husband:  Orval O. Crites of Erbacon, WV, son:  Jeffrey O. (Velva) Crites of Cowen, WV,
daughter:  Mitzi (Joseph) Long of Erbacon, grandchildren:  Misty N. Crites
Bragg, Jeffrey B. Crites, Brittany M. Long and Brianna J. Long, great
grandchildren:  Shyteesha Crites, Danessa Lee and Sandra Lee, brothers:  Jerry
(Brenda) Holcomb and Greg (Connie) Christian both of Ohio and Daniel Holcomb of
Cowen, WV.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Trinity Covenant Church, Erbacon, WV, with Rev. Gene Campbell officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Sunset Memorial Park, Erbacon.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV.
