Leroy Wayne Taylor, 44 of Mineral Wells, WV, departed this life on Friday, May 9, 2014, in Camden-Clark Hospital. He was born in Webster Springs, WV, Sept. 27, 1969, son of the late Arnold King and Shirley Taylor of Beverly, WV. He was a welder by profession, working for United Welding. He had lived in Mineral Wells since 1987, coming from Webster County. He was a 1987 graduate of Webster County High School, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and softball.
Leroy is survived by his mother: Shirley Taylor of Beverly, WV, son: Ryan Taylor of Mineral Wells, WV, brother: Frank King of Winchester, VA, and sister: Shala King of Pittsburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his father, and maternal grandparents: Basil and Gaye Taylor.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 13, 2014, Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV, with Shawn Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Woods Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, May 12, from 5-8 p.m. at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV.
