Ronald Greathouse, 57 of Webster Rd., Craigsville, WV, died Friday, May 16, 2014, in Charleston Area Medical Center-Memorial Division.  He was born in East Liverpool, OH, son of the late Robert Eugene Greathouse and Dorothy Bardo of Salinville, OH.  He was a disabled carpenter, a Baptist and had lived in Craigsville for eight years, coming from Orlando, FL.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, gardening and four wheeling.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister:  Connie Lynn Scritchfield, brother:  Jack Eugene Greathouse, and step-father:  Gordon Bardo.

Those left to cherish his memory are:  his wife, Susan Greathouse of Craigsville, WV, sons:  Timothy and Ronald Robert Greathouse, II,  both of Craigsville, daughters:  Ruthann Marie (Tani Lily) Rose of Salineville, OH, Katherine Suzanne Greathouse and Ashley Marie (Randy Davis Workman) Workman both of Craigsville, sisters:  Sherri Doran (Brian) of Worden, Ill and Wendy Greathouse of Salineville, OH, adopted son:  Tyler Thomas of Craigsville, grandchildren:  Bryce Foster, Dominic Foster, Ismael Ramirez, Jr. Isiah Ramirez, Jason Greathouse, Jacklynn White, Nicholai Greathouse, Roger Workman, and Zacharyus Greathouse and expectant grandchildren:  Ronald Lee Workman, and Shirley Lily and special friends: Sam (Judy) Brown, Kevin and James Brown.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV, with Rev. Jim Varney and David Jones officiating.  Burial will follow  in West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin, WV.  Friends may call on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 6-9 p.m.
